On December 8, a Contract for Project Implementation Support and Supervision Consultant for rehabilitation of “Haghtanak”, “Charentsavan-3”, and “Vanadzor-1” as well as “Ashnak” substations was signed between the "High Voltage Electric Networks" CJSC and Joint Venture of decon international GmbH and consulectra Unternemensberatung GmbH of German Federal Republic.
The Contract was signed on behalf of "High Voltage Electric Networks" CJSC General director Mr. Artur Baghdasaryan and on behalf of decon international GmbH head of Energy Division Deputy Managing Director Mr. Bernd Kadel and on behalf of consulectra GmbH head of Department Transmission and Distribution Mr. Jurgen Kampa.
General Director of HVEN CJSC Artur Baghdasaryan congratulated the partners and expressed hope that cooperation with Joint Venture of decon international GmbH and consulectra Unternemensberatung GmbH will be productive and the project will be implemented at a high level.
The Contract for Consultant’s Services for rehabilitation of “Haghtanak”, “Charencavan-3”, and “Vanadzor-1” substations to the extent of 1,018,406.25 Euro and for “Ashnak” substation to the extent of 339,468.75 Euro was awarded to Joint Venture of decon international GmbH and consulectra Unternemensberatung GmbH of German Federal Republic.
Rehabilitation project of substations is being implemented within the frameworks of “Electricity Supply Reliability Project - Additional Financing” and “Electricity transmission Network Improvement” projects financed by the World Bank.
