Today, a meeting of the tender commission responsible for procurement within the “Caucasian Electricity Transmission Network” project was held at High Voltage Electric Networks CJSC. The meeting was dedicated to the opening of financial bids for Lot 1 (Construction of the Ddmashen Substation).
In the presence of the commission, the financial proposals of the bidders who successfully passed the technical stage of the tender for the main contractor of Lot 1 were opened. The tender is part of the “Caucasian Electricity Transmission Network” project (Armenia–Georgia transmission line/substations) implemented with the support of KfW Development Bank.
The completeness of each submission package was verified, including the presence of original documents and the number of copies, as well as the compliance of the financial packages with the tender documentation requirements.
It was decided to establish a working group to review the submitted financial proposals and present the results to the commission.
A representative of the project consultant Fichtner GmbH & Co. KG also participated in the meeting. Representatives of the bidding companies were present as well.
The meeting was also followed online by relevant experts of the consulting company and representatives of the bidding companies.
